Insan Firdaus is a clinical psychologist from Indonesia. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Jogjakarta, Indonesia, and continued his master’s in psychology from Universitas Tarumanegara, Jakarta.

He began his CBT journey in 2013 under the supervision of Jessi Monintja, MA, Psy. and Ray Zairaldy S.Psi from the Center of Behavior Research. His CBT experience and practice grew mostly through working with substance use disorder patients. During his training, he also dealt with various psychological disorders including personality disorders, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. He was also a former Case Manager at the Ministry of Social Services’ Galih Pakuan Drug Rehabilitation Facility.

 

He continued his CBT education in 2014 at the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy by James Pretzer Ph, D. and Barbara Flemming Ph, D, USA. He received his first CBT certification in 2015 from the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy, and was subsequently accredited as a diplomat by the A-CBT in 2016.
