CBT in Work Place

Does CBT also work in organizational settings? How many sessions exactly do CBT in the organization? How to effectively use a limited session of CBT to help employees? Those are a few questions that will be addressed in this special workshop. in fact, CBT often used in organization settings as one of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Growing evidence showed the use of CBT in the organization setting is enhanced the psychological well-being of employees.You will learn how to conceptualize a treatment plans in the organizational setting with a limited amount of time and how to use resources in-between sessions such as tele-session and apps messages to booster sessions.
